Homeless Committee
Co-Chairs: Sam Colquit & Eric Sanjurjo

The purpose of the homeless outreach subcommittee is to provide a forum for advocacy and creation of an effective service delivery network for the homeless population in Hollywood.

The forum uses consistent communication, education and collaboration between social service, business and law enforcement sectors to address the issue of homelessness in our community. This effective service-delivery network seeks to reduce the number of homeless individuals on the streets of Hollywood as well as the rate of recidivism on social services and law enforcement.
We also seek to create an education-based, problem-solving forum that will bring together people from diverse professions who work with or encounter homeless individuals together to address the complex issues that arise from homelessness in the Hollywood area.
